Now is when I start to get nervous!! Anesthesia scares me. Pain isn’t my favorite thing. Catheters are pretty low on this list of Oprah’s favorite things, or so I’ve heard... harvesting my own body parts doesn’t sound like a picnic and I made the mistake of watching this surgery on YouTube and let me be your friend when I tell you, don’t. I took one for the team and we’re good.
And!! The Astros lost the World Series.
Good news... Halloween!!! Yes! The family is going out for dinner to celebrate the dead coming to visit..... You, not me.... I don’t need any dead relatives lurking about. And then what time is it?
Christmas! That’s what time! And that Big dinner in November too.... but, Christmas!! In my Hallmark Movie community and I have been waiting for this since June. Bring on the Holidays! Songs, decorations, shopping, trees, turtle doves and Hallmark Movies! Cocoa, cider, soups, long sleeve shirts! Yes!
Speaking of long sleeve shirts.... last weekend the community started their Halloween week and the grandkids came over. I was wearing a shirt that reads “ Baby it’s cold outside” PS: it’s gone from 90 degrees to 30 degrees in about a week! Anyway, the grand daughter looked at the snowflake and then me and said.... Elsa? Omg! I could have hugged her fucking head off! There is something so wonderful about tiny little children. I suppose that’s why I had so many.
